TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

1. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

PORCELANOSA Grupo A.I.E. with registered office at Carretera Nacional 340, km 55,8 - 12540 Vila-real (Castellon, Spain) and Tax ID V-12465118 is organizing, from 01/09/2022 to 31/1/2023, a promotional campaign called "Trustpilot Sweepstakes", according to these terms and conditions.

2. TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION

2.1. The Promotional Campaign will be focus on an international market, being carried out through the PORCELANOSA website whose URL is https://www.porcelanosa.com/uk/reviews.

2.2. The Promotional Campaign "Trustpilot Draw" will run from 01/09/2022 to 31/1/2023, inclusive.

3. FORM OF PARTICIPATION

3.1. Everyone who is over 18 years old, is residing in Europe and leaves a 5 star review on the Trust Pilot platform will be able to participate in the prize draw. Those who wish to participate must do so at: trustpilot.com/review/www.porcelanosa.com

3.2. Porcelanosa Group staff cannot be part of this promotional campaign.

3.3. In the case that any of the people excluded are winners, they will lose their right to obtain the prize, and the prize will be awarded to the next person who meets the conditions of valid participation.

4. MECHANICS AND PRIZES OF THE PROMOTION

4.1. The first week of the month, a certified draw will be held on the Sortea2 platform to choose the winner and runner up.

4.2. There will be five winners each month who will each receive a £50 Amazon voucher.

The prize will be personal and non-transferable, not exchangeable for its cash value. In order to receive the prize, the winner must sign the letter accepting the prize. Winners must also submit their scanned passports or ID card.

5. COMMUNICATION TO THE WINNERS

5.1. The winner will be notified that they have won the prize after the celebration of the draw by sending an e-mail to the address provided, the one they used for Trustpilot. If after 7 working days it is not possible to contact the winner, the prize will be awarded to the next "alternative" winner.

5.2. For the prize to be awarded, the winner must send a copy of their ID/passport within ten calendar days from the day following the day of notification of the prize.

If the winner does not notify PORCELANOSA Grupo A.I.E. of their acceptance by signing the letter, it will be understood that they automatically renounce the prize and that it will be passed to the next ones who were selected.

6. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

6.1 PORCELANOSA Grupo A.I.E. is exempt in terms of any errors in the data provided by the participants. They must make sure their details are correct.

6.2. The awarding of the prize is personal and non-transferable, and it cannot be exchanged for another prize or for its equivalent value in cash.

7. DATA PROTECTION

7.1. The data of participants in the PROMOTION will be processed in accordance to the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights and regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. (hereinafter "LOPD")

7.2. Participants can modify at any time, the rights of access, rectification, data portability, limitation of processing, deletion or, where appropriate, opposition provided for in the LOPD. To this end, they must send a written request to the following email address: dpo@porcelanosagrupo.com indicating the specific request, accompanied by a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent identification document. Furthermore, they have their right for their personal data protection by lodging a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

7.3. All the details from the winners must be provided to the management team. Any incorrect communication of personal data will entitle the organizers of this PROMOTION to disqualify the winner and access to the prize.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

8.1. Participation in the promotion implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions, which will be accessible from the PORCELANOSA Grupo A.I.E. website, at the area set up for this prize draw (https://www.porcelanosa.com/uk/reviews).

8.2. Failure to comply with any of these rules by the participant will result in immediate disqualification.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1. These Promotion Rules are governed by Spanish Law.

9.2. Any dispute will be resolved by the Courts of Vila-real (Castellón).
