SLATE

Slate is a beautiful and versatile natural stone suitable for both interiors and exteriors.

Slate: robust and natural beauty

Slate is a popular material among architects and interior designers due to its strength and waterproof composition. In wet or cold climates, slate is commonly used for wall and roof cladding. Delhi, Nepal, Bhutan, Kathmandu and Patagonia are some of our slate collections, which can be used for any project or space. Slate is an adaptable enough material to be incorporated into a variety of styles, from rustic to industrial. Blue, grey, red, purple, or green shades complete the slate's typically all-black chromatic range.

Slate's features and applications

Slate is a metamorphic rock with a dense, foliated, fine-grained structure. Formed from quartz, muscovite, clay, and feldspar, this rock does not absorb water and is resistant to temperature changes, sunlight, and rain. Typically used as a building material, particularly on facades and roofs, its resistance to chemical and thermal impacts, as well as its high adherence, make it ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms, giving homes greater sobriety and integrity.
