Technical floors for indoor and outdoor spaces

Butech's raised technical floor (RAF) conceals the most technical installations such as cables or electrical outlets within the same structure

Designed to be installed in office buildings or shopping centres, this Butech material allows the most technical parts to be unified without causing contrasts with the aesthetics of a room
For interior areas, the floor plates are positioned on a steel structure and do not need to be fixed. For outdoor spaces, ceramic and pedestal pieces are regulated according to their height

Technical flooring

Interior technical floors

The technical floors developed by Butech for interiors conceal installations such as telephone cables, electricity, pipes, air conditioning or electrical outlets under the flooring. This type of flooring consists of plates that are placed on a galvanised steel structure without needing to be fixed. This determines the empty space under the floor. Among the recommended ceramic tiles for this type of floor is STON-KER® ceramic stone or SOLIDKER technical porcelain.

Exterior technical flooring

The exterior technical floor system is used on terraces that need to be covered with flat surfaces with sloped exterior supports that improve the aesthetics, insulation and drainage of the floor. This type of floor consists of ceramic plates and pedestals made from a plastic material with an adjustable height. Butech exterior plates have an average thickness of 24 mm that gives them sufficient resistance to withstand foot traffic.
