On this occasion, the Marchioness of Griñón invites Cristina Oria to experiment with new flavors and textures in the kitchen. The recipe: a prawn, mango and toasted chickpea salad that will make you the perfect summer hostess.
Three styles all in one dish: tropical, Oriental and Mediterranean. The blend of spices, prawns and mango provides a burst of flavor that is sure to delight any palate.
At this culinary gathering, Cristina Oria reveals the professional project she undertook recently: a flower garden, with an edible line, and one that's decorative for her catering and restaurant businesses.
Oria also shared with Tamara some anecdotes and details of her family and personal life, such as how her grandparents had several pastry shops in Guipúzcoa, or how she loves going on gastronomic outings to discover each city's markets.
The Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef says how important it is to have "a good encyclopedia of flavors to educate children's palate, because it changes how you eat." Tamara and Cristina also had time to discuss the 50th anniversary of the Porcelanosa Group, which the Spanish multinational is celebrating this year.

Preparation:
Gamadecor has developed a new concept in kitchen design and has created the Smart Kitchen. Porcelanosa's smart kitchen is here with a new solution: the invisible dual induction cooktop. The kitchen surfaces are the space where we make and top off our dishes.
Installed under the countertop, the new Smart Kitchen induction system allows for a larger, more hygienic work area, where the only element in sight is a small touch screen to control the various electronic devices.
Internally, the dual system allows the countertop itself to be used as a cooking plate, or to power small appliances, without the need to use cables or batteries.
