Villa Cronos: a contemporary vibe that invites you to disconnect

A luxury villa with a refined minimalist design, characterized by its modern forms

This luxurious villa is located in an exclusive area of Malaga province with the Mediterranean as a backdrop. Functional distribution and fixtures that combine the purity of white with the warmth and simplicity of wood and stone.

Villa Cronos is distributed over three floors, accommodating four bedrooms and a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room. The residence also has two swimming pools, a gym, a work area and private parking.

The Villa Cronos living area is presided over by an open-plan space shared by the kitchen, dining room and living room, and features large floor-to-ceiling glass partitions. Once opened, these windows allow the floor to be extended beyond its limits onto the terrace.

The dining room features a state-of-the-art table and chairs upholstered in leather that add an understated and modern touch to the environment. The Nebraska Noir wood effect flooring by Porcelanosa brings extra warmth to the dining area, living room, kitchen and bedrooms.

The kitchen has a central island with the worktop covered in XTONE Liem Dark Nature, which has fine white veins. The water, cooking and working areas are all located here. It has an extension that works as a table and meeting point. The furniture and the storage area of the island are made from E6.90 Oak Copper and E7.90 Ghost, by Gamadecor. The area is completed with Round taps by Noken.

The main bathroom is equipped with a double sink, made to measure with Krion® Lux 1100 East and a black mixer tap from the Noken Oxo collection. The shower area features a built-in shower with Square waterfall and Oxo thermostatic taps, both by Noken. The XTONE Paonazzo Biondo Polished cladding brings a sophisticated style to the room.

In the other bathroom, the choice of materials create an exquisitely designed neutral interior decor. The Stone effect decorative cladding, Spiga Durango (Porcelanosa), applied in the shower area, combines perfectly with Durango Acero, used for the rest of the room. The shower and sink taps from the Oxo collection contrast with the different elements: vanity top, screen and shower tray (Krion).

The exterior of Villa Cronos features a seating area which has been incorporated next to the infinity pool, overlooking the spectacular views that make it an extremely privileged location. In contrast to the dark, understated tones of furniture inside the property, white is the predominant color chosen for all the pieces on the terrace, giving a futuristic character to the ensemble.

A wellness area has been created on the lower level with a sauna and an indoor swimming pool of great formal purity. The floors and walls of this space have been clad with ceramic tiles from different collections by Porcelanosa in neutral tones that enhance the serene and peaceful feel of the area. Butech profiles have also been installed to embellish all the corners.

To give the interior of the house more space and light, a large opening has been made on the wall. This configuration is designed to promote interconnection between the different environments, while preserving the uniqueness of each of them.

Efficient and sustainable solutions have been integrated into the residential complex, such as solar, battery and aerothermal power production systems, which create an almost-zero carbon footprint to optimize energy consumption in a comfortable and functional way.
