The PORCELANOSA Group firm has added to its range of marble look products with the Viola, Paonazzo Biondo, Taj Mahal and Orobico Dark series. It has also expanded its Altissima line, now with exotic stone from Brazil.
A new take on marble with all the properties of XTONE. This is the general concept Urbatek (PORCELANOSA Group) will be showcasing until 30 June as part of the New Product Exhibition the multinational has planned for its main stores in Spain and Portugal.
XTone Viola Blue Silk 120 cm x 120 cm Urbatek
The firm has been following an aesthetic line based on classic marble for some years. The latest XTONE series features predominantly white, blue, caramel, black and burgundy tones and comes in a larger format (154 cm x 328 cm, 150 cm x 300 cm, 120 cm x 250 cm and 120 cm x 120 cm).
This can be seen in Viola Rossé, a collection that lends the soft sheen of Calacatta marble to every space, at the same time as added resistance to high temperatures, humidity and UV rays. The same aesthetic runs through Viola Blue, with white-hued veins emerging from a grey surface, adding even more brightness in Polished and Silk finishes.

2- XTone Taj Mahal Silk 154 cm x 328 cm Urbatek
In an ivory hue with caramel, sage and merlot coloured veins, the key features of Paonazzo Biondo tiles (available in 154 cm x 328 cm, 150 cm x 300 cm, 120 cm x 250 cm and 120 cm x 120 cm format) are their thinness (6 mm and 12 mm thick) and the glimmer of gold that will embellish any room.
Another natural stone XTONE emulates is quartzite. One such example is Taj Mahal, a collection designed in beige with a natural sheen and soft texture, featuring gold and taupe veins that turn every tile into a collector's piece.
The brand's darker marble pieces include the standout Orobico Dark collection, with grey and white hues that will bathe rooms in brightness, in a Polished finish.
Exotic stone from Brazil
Urbatek has added large format Altissima natural stone slabs to its Exclusive Slab Concept with the new Selvaggia Green collection. Originating from Brazil, the eye-catching dark green (Polished and Leather finishes) on the black slabs of this series (20 mm thick) stand out in particular, as do the purity of its forms.
