The firm L’Antic Colonial from the PORCELANOSA Grupo reinvents itself to provide a new set of mosaics in natural wood and metal capable of both impressing and bringing personality and distinction to any indoor wall tile in which it is applied.
These new and sophisticated options for wall tiles were some of the innovations in products and materials included in L’Antic Colonial catalogue for Cersaie 2015, the International Ceramics Fair in Bologna, which took place from the26th to the 30th of September.
Wood Cubes is the new natural wood mosaic presented by the firm. It is a composition made of oak that brings both warmth and life to any atmosphere or space. Among its advantages is that it is combined with other materials and it does not need a joint, so installation is very simple. Furthermore, it does not require any special maintenance treatment, so they will look unchanged over time.
In addition to this mesh-mounted mosaic measuring 32x32x1,9, L’Antic Colonial adds the new reference Wood Boxes, 29,9×30,2×1,2 to the Wood collection. This new project is a different ceramic tessera format, with a rectangular and smaller format, but maintaining the same characteristics as the Wood Cubes mosaic.
Proposals in metal mosaics are accompanied by the new Gravity Hexagon and Metal 3D mosaics.
The great acceptance received by the first Gravity mosaics has led L’Antic Colonial to add more references to this family. On the one hand, the firm presents Gravity Aluminium 3D Hexagon Metal in 30,4x31x0,3 format; and on the other hand, Gravity Aluminium 3D Hexagon Gold.
Both are as refined and elegant as they are open to possible combinations with any interior design because of its metal appearance and 3D relief, capable of providing dynamism and volume.
With regard to the Metal 3D Cubes mosaics series, L’Antic Colonial adds these new models which will be available in Antrhacite and Bronze colours. These mosaics represent a combination of ceramic tesserae in glossy and matte finish with a great visual power of attraction.
There can be no doubt that the variety of mosaics in natural materials offered by L’Antic Colonial become a distinguishing element, and furthermore, it is possible that they are the main attraction in the space. Its original aesthetic and its irregular surface make them a unique option with a great character.
