On the east coast of Mallorca is one of the latest projects by DKAT Architecture & Design. Beautiful, sweeping panoramic views distinguish this villa that invites you to relax and disconnect. Both privately and from a more social perspective, the house has been designed with an open-plan layout and space planning with large living areas.

The property is organised over two levels, with the best orientation and adapted to the terrain by being placed at an angle with respect to its boundaries. With the same aim, the roof is designed to favour the entry of natural light, creating plays of light that change throughout the day.
On the ground floor, a double space has been designed that creates a striking effect, also allowing natural light to flood in and facilitating ventilation. The communal area of the home is occupied by the living room, dining room and kitchen (Krion® K-Life 1100 solid surface countertop and Basic C sink integrated into the island, made with Krion® Snow White).
The chromatic harmony of the home is in line with the Mediterranean essence, with the warm Bottega Caliza tiles from Porcelanosa being used throughout the entire floor. Wood is the main protagonist in Villa Santa Ponsa, present in enclosures, furniture and dividing structures, bringing a greater sense of comfort.
A cantilevered staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a bonus room and a living room that also separates the master bedroom from the rest of the bedrooms and private bathrooms (Gamadecor wall-hung unit alongside the Krion® K·Life 1100 countertop and Basic integrated washbasin with Urban taps from Noken. Shower area, waterproofed with the imperband kit from Butech).
The exterior porch, which runs around the entire façade, helps with climate control and includes several areas for enjoying life in the open air, with a swimming pool area and chill-out zone (all finished with ceramic wood PAR-KER® and Bottega Caliza flooring from Porcelanosa).
