Located in the upscale area of the Catalan capital of Barcelona and encircled by a garden and a majestic gate, we find this modernist mansion on Via Augusta. "A unique space. The three-storey detached home is surrounded by 500 m2 of garden adapted to today's lifestyle. In terms of the layout of the property, the ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room and living room in the modernist style that was in vogue at the time it was built, although with a strong British influence, with wall and floor tiles from L'Antic Colonial. In the masculine style bathroom, we have a dark minimalist atmosphere with Caspian Grey Classico tiles from L'Antic Colonial. In the feminine style bathroom, there is a more classic style with materials in grey and gold tones (Neve di Carrara Classico from L'Antic Colonial) and the natural stone washbasin and accessories from L'Antic Colonial. The upper floor of the property is home to the family area, with large spaces given over to relaxation and leisure.
Named the Gallery, this villa hosts events as well as company and product presentations, a unique place that has been brought back to life in Barcelona.
