Creative facades with a ceramic origin

On the six facades of this space, the main collections from the company have been included. The large-sized ceramic pieces with a Premium character have a place in these areas with the Nantes series from the brand, HIGHKER, (Porcelanosa) and the Medici and Caliza decors.

Urbatek presents its XTONE Liem Grey Polished large-sized collection, whose wall tiles and floor tiles are characterised by their: softness, resistance and the flexibility of its extra-thin 12mm porcelain tile.

XTONE aims to apply the concept of a tailored suit to all areas of architecture, above all, on facades, floor tiles, wall tiles and countertops.

We want it to be a benchmark in terms of the creativity in the sector because with it, the concept of rigidity which we are used to with the porcelain tile sheet is broken“, Pablo Ruiz says, the manager from Urbatek.

This material is present in the Lifestyle section, where a kitchen and bathroom with a minimalist style have been placed.

Venis has also incorporated its Dubai Metropolitan Silver and Cubik Urban Black metal wall tile on the facades. Designs which stand out because of their luminosity and chromatic balance. The extraordinary elasticity of the slate stone from the Airslate Brick Graphite series by L’Antic Colonial reformulates the wall tile concept. Its thickness, from 0.2mm to 0.6mm, is capable of coating all types of surfaces.

The reception areas in this space have been built with Urbatek and Krion™ materials, together with the Architecture world and A & D K-Studio studios.

Bathrooms which bring beauty and practicality together

The warmth of the bathrooms comes from L’Antic Colonial, with the Imperial Mini 1L Grey natural wood in its five colours: Grey, White, Caoba, Nude and Natural. These pieces mix natural oak slats with a brushed and pickling finish for the surface which reinforces the purity of wood.

The Foster + Partners’ Oxo, Lounge, Round and Tono collections from Noken add a touch of sophistication to the bathrooms in the stand. Krion™ showcases its Nest collection, made up of rounded lines which imitate water movement. The series includes countertops, furniture, metal chassis and accessories which hardly need maintaining due to not having any corners.

The bathroom furniture selected by Gamadecor is Martens. Practicality and beauty in equal parts which contrasts with the Urban Caliza and Vancouver Brown collections.

The most innovative technology is carried out by the underfloor heating by Butech, which transmits heat and reduces energy consumption through its control panel. The energy which this system emits goes directly towards people and objects that are in direct contact with the floor.

The continuous transformation going on in cities today, and the advances in material which have been implemented over the last few years have allowed the PORCELANOSA Grupo to maintain its position as the main innovator in the marketplace where, it continues to foresee future needs.

An intuitive design that makes all the difference.
