2016 has brought some great collaborations to PORCELANOSA Grupo, with architects and interior designers from all over the world. Also, new projects in materials and products, as well as the participation in major emblematic projects worldwide. Into 2017, and focusing on the 24th International Exhibition, the new Lifestyle magazine issue from PORCELANOSA Grupo will be present in all showrooms.
Among the best of what has gone on in 2016, we find Cersaie, the International Fair in Bologna, an unavoidable appointment for the PORCELANOSA Grupo and its news and trend release in architecture. The latest edition was a great success for the firm, recording a record of visits to its stand, from the public and professional people as well. Among the product collections that PORCELANOSA Grupo showed at Cersaie 2016, special attention should be paid to the elegant floor tiles and wall tiles projects from Venis and Porcelanosa, Cosmos, Manhattan and Soho; XLigh Premium from Urbatek or the new applications from KRION®, among other innovations. The latest design by Zaha Hadid for Noken stood out, the Vitae bathroom collection and especially the Tono series, whose functional elements and cutting-edge technology were presented at the event.
2016 has also brought distinguished visitors, such as the actor Richard Gere, and Alejandra Silva as well to PORCELANOSA Grupo’s headquarters in Villarreal.
In the projects category, PORCELANOSA Group has offered throughout this year its hallmark of charisma and innovation to architectural challenges of high luxury and sophistication. The Clare in the Upper East Side of New York is one of them, thanks to its exquisite interior design and avant-garde ventilated facade in extra-slim porcelain tile.
Regarding 2017, the challenges for PORCELANOSA Grupo are big and outstanding. This company, in addition to its International Exhibition, puts on the 10th edition of its Porcelanosa Architecture and Interior Design Awards. An event in the pursuit of creativity that seeks to promote new talent through its three categories: Future Projects-Professionals, Future Projects-Students and Completed Projects. On this occasion, Future Projects will be based on the execution of a Work Studio or workspace, where conception, design, presentation and implementation of the different materials from the Group will be assessed.
But, if there is one aspect characterising Lifestyle magazine then it is the quality of the reports, looking to highlight trends in the most groundbreaking design and the famous figures who put it into practice.
This latest issue highlights, for instance, the designer, Lazaro Rosa-Violan, who visited the HQ in Villarreal (Castellon) and answered some questions related to the PORCELANOSA Grupo.
Another of the highlighted reports is the one dedicated to architecture in the United States, where four North American studios show us their latest challenges. Ariel Fox, Emilio Perez, Christian Schnyder and Theresa Fatino tell us how the PORCELANOSA Grupo has provided their projects with value and personality. Projects that are undoubtedly a benchmark on the other side of the Atlantic.
Do not miss the 29th issue from the Lifestyle magazine, available in PORCELANOSA Grupo showrooms.
