The Mood collection by Noken is a 2013 Design Wall finalist at the Acetech trade fair

This year, the Mood collection designed by the renowned architecture studios, Richard Rogers y Luis Vidal, for Noken has been nominated as a finalist in the Product Design – Bathrooms category for the Design Wall 2013 award, at the Acetech Delhi trade fair; the largest exhibition hosted every year in India on construction, architecture, engineering and construction materials, which is highly recognised in this sector.

After a strict selection process with a jury composed of important figures from the world of architecture and design, and supervised by Ernst & Young, one of the biggest professional services in the world, this bathroom collection by Noken is among the finalist proposals for the prize. This series is impacting thanks to its innovating, groundbreaking and creative design. If the collection wins, Mood shall be exhibited on a large digital screen, created for this purpose, during the event.

This award is an initiative by Acetech to promote innovating products, services and technologies, which are the features that perfectly describe the elements which compose the striking futuristic appearance and elegant shapes of the Mood collection.

It’s not the first time that the Mood collection receives a major acknowledgment. During the 100% Design event in London, last September, the Utopia magazine awarded this bathroom equipment collection with the Design award in its “Kitchen and Bathroom” section. The English magazine “Kitchens, Bath and Bedrooms” selected it as a bathroom product innovation for 2013. This ceramic combination combined with a new generation material like Krion®, and a much more efficient mixer taps range make this series an avant-garde and sustainable choice for bathrooms.
