The recent winner of MasterChef Celebrity Spain, Tamara Falcó, prepared her Christmas menu especially for ¡HOLA! magazine in one of the Porcelanosa kitchens. The model chosen was Residence HPL (High Pressure Laminate). A spacious design, rounded off by a countertop made with Krion K-Life, the latest generation Solid Surface from PORCELANOSA Group, in which the chef was able to prepare her latest creations.
The menu, devised by Tamara Falcó for these special festive days, comprised salmon gravadlax with cucumber and crème fraîche followed by stuffed turkey and a chocolate mousse for dessert. The recipes for all these dishes can be found in the following post.
