Villa Caruso: serenity and elegance on the Costa Blanca

Designed by Salva Aspas Studio, who put aesthetics, function and comfort front and centre

Villa Carusa rises up from its privileged location by the Mediterranean Sea, with harmoniously balanced spaces blended with the evocative natural surroundings. One of the main challenges Salva Aspas Estudio encountered on this project was the search for the highest quality of life possible, achieved through an effective layout and well-researched design.

The elegant and stylish residence has been designed as a place were spaces flow into one another seamlessly. This was the intention of the architecture studio, who played on the standard private and corridor layout in the house to make it more practical. The exterior façade (Liem Collection by XTONE®) combines white with areas of stone, integrating the building perfectly into the landscape.

The structure of Villa Caruso stands out for its design, with interiors that dramatically open up to the surrounding landscape. The main living area is located on the first floor, composed of the living room, dining room, kitchen (equipped with Gamadecor furnishings and an island with a Krion® K-Life 1100 worktop), master bedroom and swimming pool, and features porcelain stoneware flooring throughout (Bottega Caliza by Porcelanosa). The aesthetic reflects elegance and purity; and works perfectly with the neutral, wood-inspired hues of the large format porcelain XTONE® Ewood Camel tiles.

Meanwhile, the top floor houses a lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms, boasting views of Portet beach in Moraira. The style is incredibly personal, current and balanced, and in the words of Salva Aspas Studio, "Opting for PORCELANOSA Group has given the villa its hallmark exclusive, modern character, as well as unbeatable quality".
