Hoyo 7: a residential complex open to natural light

The minimalist concept of the residence is made up of a set of three volumes interconnected thanks to materials from PORCELANOSA Group.

Located near the municipality of Bétera (Valencia), this single-family house is located in an exclusive and quiet residential estate near a golf course. Hoyo 7 projects a modern style, with a close connection to nature and a light distribution that enhances every space.

Panoramic views

The architectural studio has designed this project with large floor-to-ceiling openings, allowing natural light to flood in and providing attractive panoramic views of the surroundings. This finish matches the glazed enclosures lined in wood and with Colorstuk Black N joints and Super-Flex adhesive by Butech.

The layout of the home is organised around the central volumes and swimming pool, which are connected to the interior thanks to Porcelanosa's non-slip Bottega Caliza floor tiles, which covers both spaces and the glass walls.

Connection between spaces and nature

Light is the guiding thread of Hoyo 7, bathing all rooms through glass enclosures that can be opened to create a physical and visual connection with nature. Designed to provide a functional solution to the different rooms, creating sensations of light and shadows to achieve a minimalist atmosphere.

The interior of the house is conceived as an extension of the spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, in which a warm atmosphere has been created through the combination of a palette of neutral tones, complemented by kitchen furniture by Gamadecor and the Liem Dark Nature marble-effect countertop by XTONE.

The main room is divided into two volumes: the bathroom area and the bedroom area. Everything is simultaneously connected and separate, allowing the joint use of the Pure Krion Solid freestanding bathtub with Tono taps by Noken in copper finish, which stands out from the large-format XTONE tiles inspired by white marble.

The connection between the different elements of Hoyo 7 continues at the front of the dresser area. The sides of the headboard have been lined in Amsterdam 3D Hexagon Beige by L'Antic Colonial, which harmonises with the Bottega Caliza floor by Porcelanosa.
