Beverly West's privileged location and panoramic views have made it one of the most sought-after residential properties in Los Angeles.
In this towering, 22-floor skyscraper, marketed by renowned developer Emaar Properties, each of the 35 light-filled apartments has been customised with a careful selection of natural materials, including models from the PORCELANOSA Group. The architects were keen to connect directly with the tastes of each owner and make full use of the natural light coming from outside.
Oak floors and mosaics by L'Antic Colonial
The penthouses were designed with a certain owner profile in mind (Musicians, Collectors, Producers, Artists, etc), and in each of them the décor was chosen with careful attention to every detail by renowned interior designer Lisa Garriss (The Mogul, floor 18). The personalities who have acquired an apartment in this exclusive complex include senior executive Richard Lewis, NBA Philadelphia 76ers coach Doc Rivers, and singer The Weeknd.
All the homes in Beverly West are decorated with custom-made pieces by Armani/Casa or Giorgetti, Italian marble and natural oak floors, custom-made woodwork and L'Antic Colonial's sophisticated mosaics in natural stone. The PORCELANOSA Group firm has tiled some of the bathrooms in the building, following the prevailing organic look. Luxury Modul Gold rectangular tiles have been used to achieve a golden effect in which the fine Travertine tiles appear to protrude from the wall. The silver version, Luxury Modul Silver, has also been used in the building. They create a careful contrast with the Faces Stand Habana Dark geometric washbasin carved in black marble, designed for L'Antic Colonial by architect Ramón Esteve. Another interesting design feature in the bathrooms is the Faces Persian White stone sculpted counter-top wash basin with its prismatic stand.
The multiculturalism and luxury of Los Angeles come together on the walls of Beverly West to offer a unique life experience.
