Axumite Village: Arlington’s most welcoming residential complex, featuring materials by PORCELANOSA Group

A total of thirty apartments and five penthouses make up Axumite Village, an NT Construction project featuring materials by PORCELANOSA Group. Located in the peaceful Columbia Pike neighbourhood. The standout ceramic wood and relief wall tiles in the bathrooms are the standout stars of this residential complex.

The natural wood flooring used throughout is the perfect match for the rustic yet modern style of the homes. From the Tortona collection (L’Antic Colonial), the narrow planks and striking finish offer a pure and refined aesthetic.

Homes in the complex feature two interior design schemes, offering different finishes but the same overarching style. One scheme features walnut-inspired furnishings by Gamadecor in the kitchen and bathroom. Decorative ceramic wood wall tiles by Porcelanosa (Ice Tanzania Almond) have been used in the bath area, elevating the beauty of the room. The concrete-look floor tiles, also by Porcelanosa, offer some contrast.

The other scheme features oak-inspired furnishings by (Gamadecor) in the bathroom and kitchen; achieving a more relaxed and natural look. Influenced by hydraulic tiles, Antique Blue and Dover Antique (Porcelanosa) ceramic tiles feature on one wall of the bathrooms. Another space boasts Ice Minnesota Ash wall tiles by Porcelanosa.

Capri Stone and Brunei Blanco wall tiles have also been used in the bathroom areas. These two ceramic tile designs by Porcelanosa come with a texture and look that makes them ideal for walls, giving rooms a wonderfully calm and peaceful ambience.
