Tamara Falcó invites you for salmon tartar at Foodtropia in Porcelanosa's kitchens

The two chefs highlighted the resistance of XTONE Taj Mahal Silk, the material used in the countertop on which the dish was made

The second recipe Tamara Falcó proposes for this summer has salmon as the star ingredient. A spicy salmon tartar with crispy noodles that the winner of the fourth edition of Masterchef Celebrity has prepared together with Paola Freire, creator of culinary content through her project Foodtropia.

Originally, tartar consisted of a raw preparation, generally of meat, accompanied by tartar sauce. Nowadays, this concept has evolved enormously to the point that any dish made with small pieces of meat or fish accompanied with other elements and condiments is understood as a tartar.

A good example is salmon tartar. A quick and easy recipe that if combined with original elements such as avocado, crispy noodles, teriyaki sauce and spices will surprise and refresh the most demanding palates this summer.

Through her Instagram channel, @foodtropia, Paola Freire shares "healthy, easy and delicious recipes". A different proposal that the chef perfected at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Madrid academy. On this occasion, the influencer accompanies Tamara Falcó in the preparation of a dish especially suitable for summer: spicy salmon tartare with crispy noodles.

During the preparation of the dish, both cooks highlighted the resistance of the XTONE Taj Mahal Silk countertop installed in Gamadecor's Smart Kitchen. The technical characteristics of this sintered stone make it possible to cut any type of food on its surface without the need to use chopping boards or other accessories. In addition, by using the same material to hide the induction hobs under the worktop, the work area is enlarged without risk of injury or burns and cleaning is made much easier.

Notably, these smart kitchen models have a dual system that combines a cooking area and at the same time transmits electricity wirelessly to appliances that operate by electric induction.
