Now that a large part of the world’s population has taken to cooking or baking, giving free rein to their culinary imagination, at PORCELANOSA Group we propose a recipe that merges the Mediterranean diet with oriental flavours. Below we explain step by step how to make a noodle, beef and mango stir-fry.

Ingredients:

200 grams of beef.

150 grams of wheat noodles.

1 red pepper.

Carrot.

1 mango.

Lemon zest.

Salt.

Pepper.

Olive oil.

Before preparing the dish, the kitchen must be clean. As they are in direct contact with food, countertops can be a source of contamination. Therefore, as far as possible, we should opt for non-porous surfaces that can handle strong disinfectants and we should avoid touching the joins between surfaces.

  • Boil water in a saucepan. Then pour it into a bowl, add the noodles and leave them for 15 minutes. Next, drain the noodles and let them cool.
  • Grill the beef for five minutes. Once the beef is cooked, leave it to cool and cut it into thin strips.
  • Add olive oil to a frying pan to stir-fry the onions, carrot and red pepper. When the vegetables are soft, add the pepper and the noodles and give it a stir. Then mix the noodles with the beef and add the lemon juice and zest and the mango chunks.
  • When all the ingredients are mixed together, serve the noodles in an oriental-style bowl and enjoy!
