Butech reinforces its commitment to industrialised construction at Cersaie 2022

The new decorative profiles and ventilated façade systems complete the collection on display at the 39th edition of the international trade fair

In its commitment to innovation and the search for efficient architectural solutions that facilitate the installation of PORCELANOSA Group materials, the engineering firm presents the latest updates to its catalogue.

Industrialised modules

Butech is developing a new automated line for the manufacture of bathrooms (Monobath) and kitchens (Monokitchen). The new robotic installation, with a surface area of 12,000 m2, will enable an annual production of up to 6,000 industrialised modules.

Factory-finished solutions enable the modernisation of processes, generating more efficient and secure workflows: they shorten delivery times, improve the quality of finishes and considerably reduce on-site waste and CO2 emissions due to the reduced need for transport.

More efficient and secure installation systems

Raised access flooring

Butech presents systems for the installation of outdoor raised access flooring. The new feature of the plot N (plastic material piece) is that it is height-adjustable to adapt to uneven surfaces, rising up to 67 com. Each piece can support a maximum weight of 2,800 kg. The plots are designed for use on the 20 cm thick THIC'KER collections from PORCELANOSA.

The firm has also introduced technical improvements to ventilated façades. Thanks to the improved bonding system, the XTONE® Concealed Anchor plates are more firmly and securely attached to the façade. For the KRION® C-BOLT model, a new type of profile has been developed that gives the system greater inertia, making it optimal for projects where a stronger structure is required.

The new waterproof profiles Pro-part Antique Gold and Pro-part Anthracite also stand out, exclusively for application alongside ceramic wall tiles. Both models, made of 8 mm wide brass, are compatible with ceramic pieces up to 11 mm thick.

Inspired by aged gold, Pro-part Antique Gold is inserted between the ceramic pieces, enhancing the aesthetics and brightness of the room. The Pro-part Anthracite decorative line, in matt black, has been specially designed to combine with other bathroom elements such as taps, shower screens and accessories of the same colour. A perfect solution for the bathroom, as its composition is suitable for direct contact with water.

One of the proposals to improve the waterproofing of ceramic wall and floor tiles is Sylastic Premium, a formula prepared for swimming pools, shower trays, outdoor terraces and balconies. Its composition allows for excellent adhesion and maximum deformability.
