Portland, cement-like ceramic by Porcelanosa

New interior design trends such as the creation of industrial-like environments mixed with a scruffy appearance and minimalist aesthetic lines has led Porcelanosa to create the Portland collection. This new design imitates cement surfaces and is ideal for converting base materials like bricks, cement or steel into the real key elements of a room, configuring an urban and modern personality in all types of spaces. In addition, its smooth texture appearance and the colour range of the finishes incorporate warmth and light, creating an atmosphere full of contrast and a real challenge for the senses.Unlike the coarse cement surface, this new collection offers all of the benefits of ceramic as a covering; being a lasting and strong material that can also be easily cleaned and hardly requires maintenance. The ceramic covering in the Portland collection was showcased at the last edition of Cersaie. It is available in a format of 31.6×90 cm and comes in Acero, Caliza and Arena finishes. Its flooring version is available in large format finishes (59.6×59.6cm and 80x80cm) and comes in a Silver and Antracita colour, adding to the three covering finishes.
