PORCELANOSA Group Projects: Villa Zeus. Luxury architecture in Costa Blanca (Spain)

Miralbo Urbana architecture studio, experts in planning exclusive architectural projects on the coast of Alicante, develops a luxury villa where PORCELANOSA Grupo materials formalise the challenge of bringing spaciousness and practicality together in a 450 square-metre house located in a magnificent place: on the coast of Javea, Spain.

We are referring to Villa Zeus, a project where space is rhythmically set up in different volumes around the floor space.

The outside of this wonderful house stands out because of the rust finish used on the façade as well as the panoramic views that the space of the swimming pool offers. In the main entrance, the Tavola Foresta Antislip ceramic wall tile in a 19,3x120cm format by Venis has been used.

As we get inside the house, we are taken aback by an impressive lounge which is almost 4 metres in height offering magnificent views towards the outside. Ferroker Aluminio flooring in a 45×90 cm format by Venis is combined together with the KRION® Solid Surface in the kitchen countertop, that is to say, a space, which thanks to its island-shaped design, becomes the connection between the kitchen area and the lounge by means of a spacious table.

With the aim of providing spaces with continuity and in order to show a harmonious beauty, this same flooring -Ferroker Aluminio by Venis- has been installed in one of the four suites in the house.

It is worth highlighting the spa area because of the warmth of the Oxford Acero series ceramic parquet in a 14.3x90cm format, as well as the Glasgow Antracita series ceramic wall tile in a 45x90cm format, both of them by Porcelanosa. On the other hand, spa walls are covered by a 5cm wide pro-telo stainless steel by Butech, the expert firm in building systems in PORCELANOSA Grupo.

With regard to bathrooms, the house has been equipped with the Imagine series by Noken, with the mixer taps as well as with wall mounted accessories, thus, bringing bathroom style closer to Belle Époque aesthetics thanks to its sensual design and the way in which water flows, resembling a cascade.

Taps go hand in hand with the Jersey Mix wall tile in a 31.6x90cm format by Porcelanosa and basins have been made with KRION® in a customised exclusive design for this wonderful house. Furthermore, and also in bathrooms, the Natal Antracita ceramic in a 31.6x90cm format and the Elite Even Burma mosaic in a 1.5×1.5 format by L’Antic Colonial have been perfectly combined.

The house, built on a 1600 square-metre plot, also has a cinema, a wine cellar, a spa with a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. A house whose design has been carried out by the Miralbo Urbana studio’s creative designer Tania Pérez Lucena, who promotes it in collaboration with HG-Hamburg.
