LGC3, iconic and sustainable homes in the exclusive LaFinca residential complex

This premium apartment complex in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) incorporates PORCELANOSA Group Premium materials that add to the project’s organic design and sustainability.

The LGC3 building, part of the LaFinca development, is one of Spain’s most exclusive residential complexes. Located in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) and designed by Raquel Castellanos, LaFinca’s Head of Architecture and Design, the residential complex incorporates PORCELANOSA Group Premium collections in each of the homes to enhance each one’s authentic style.

Safety and sustainability in every home

The dual aspect, north-south facing properties in Finca LGC3, set in a natural environment made up of lakes and gardens, stand out for their innovative and sustainable design, harnessing geothermal energy to contribute to the equitable distribution of energy and water.

This eco-friendly identity is evident in its ventilated façade (Butech), clad in Newport White and XLIGHT large format porcelain tiles by Porcelanosa. The volumetric construction, featuring cubic balconies and large picture windows, underlines the constant dialogue between the external landscape and the interior and search for natural light.

In a neutral aesthetic, the kitchen features the E.7.70 Roble Alba and E4.40 Blanco Snow models by Gamadecor combined with wood furnishings and a Carrara Soft worktop by KRION® Lux, whose high resistance, easy cleaning and hygiene improve work to improve health standards. “Using materials that already exist on the market, but giving them a distinctive character and incorporating them in new solutions posed a significant challenge for our project, and is one of the hallmarks of the overall architecture. Homes characterised by exemplary construction and exacting taste in terms of selecting materials elevate the architecture, leaving us in no doubt that we’re leading a project unique to Pozuelo”, says Raquel Castellanos.

This open-plan design connects the living room to the dining room and integrates the bedroom with the rest of the house, using a more natural tone with marble inspired ceramic floor tiles (Porcelanosa), used in the living room and bathrooms, increasing the brightness throughout. The bathrooms feature Arquitect and Tono collections by Foster+Partners and Noken, along with Krion On Top 3-Way washbasins and Shower Deck shower trays by Butech. The terraces feature Butech technical flooring, another solution from the firm.
