The main property developers from all over Spain will be at the 14th edition of the Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition (SIMED) next November 16th. Over the course of three days, property developers, investors and other sector professionals will attend the fair and the Congress Palace of Málaga (Fycmar) to get to know the latest designs that the PORCELANOSA Grupo will offer in terms of interior design and construction.
The PORCELANOSA Partners’ programme portrays this commitment to the property developer by offering them the most outstanding products from their firms. Its working and evolution will be explained at the corporate stand. The eight firms from the Grupo will be present with a reproduction of the different rooms of a contemporary house.
The warmth conveyed by a large proportion of the products from the PORCELANOSA Grupo is noticeable at the beginning of the visit. In this area, the Harlem and Bottega Caliza 120cmx120cm ceramic wall tiles from Porcelanosa are combined with the decorative profiles from Butech and the Airslate Patna natural stone from L’Antic Colonial.
Large sized elegance
The four areas which have been reproduced at the stand (lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a master bedroom) incorporate the most innovative materials from the PORCELANOSA Grupo. The colour balance in the lounge has been achieved thanks to the Haven Bone Polished floor tile and wall tile from XLIGHT (Urbatek). This porcelain offers an extra-slim 6mm thickness, which maintains the continuity of the space, as well as creating a private atmosphere. Elegance in a large format.
The structure of the chimney is characterised by its structural strength. It is a result of having used the XLIGHT Liem Grey marble from Urbatek in its silky Silk finish. This grey-toned stone stands out because of its versatility and hardness. We are dealing with a tone which contrasts with the white colours from the XLIGHT Haven Bone porcelain.
The modern R3.70 Blanco Snow kitchen from Gamadecor Porcelanosa Kitchens is the piece playing a leading role in this area. Its spotless worktop has been manufactured with the KRIONTM mineral compact and it offers a wide range of colours and finishes alike. The white that dominates here smoothly contrasts the Prada Acero mosaic from Porcelanosa. Venis has also incorporated the 33.3cmx100cm Newport Natural Nature floor tile.
In the outside part, one can find two panels with the refined Gravity Aluminium Cubic Gold and Gravity Aluminium Arrow Rose Gold mosaics from L’Antic Colonial.
Stones and minerals for relaxation
The natural stone from L’Antic Colonial defines the bedroom area with a unique headboard designed with Airslate Graphite, whereas the rest of the room is covered with ceramic pieces from Porcelanosa.
The bedside tables manufactured with the KRIONTM 6509 Moai have included an area of inductive load, which was presented at Cersaie 2018. The tone of this Solid Surface is in line with the walk-in wardrobe from Gamadecor, whose fold-away doors and tones make it possible to bring the atmosphere together without any change.
The Rivoli (80cmx80cm), the Deco Lines Rivoli (33.3cmx100cm) and the Deco Infinito Magma Black floor tiles from Venis (launched at Cersaie 2018), together with the underfloor heating from Butech, provide the bathroom with comfort. The Round, Square and Urban C collections from Noken Porcelanosa Bathrooms in their black matt finish also have their place here. One of the other firms which are also present in this area is Systempool, with the Slope shower tray provided with the KRIONTM Shell technology, which was a new innovation at Cersaie 2018, along with the shower screen and the thermostatic column.
