For the second consecutive year, PORCELANOSA Grupo has been present from the 3rd to the 10th of September at Paris Design Week. An outstanding event in the world of design and high-end interior design, not just for the privilege of having the participation of many prestigious brands worldwide, but also for the wide range of activities on offer for both generic and professional audiences.
There are many showrooms in Paris which participate every year in this famous event, preparing a spectacular scene dedicated to the event, and organizing conferences and other activities for the public’s enjoyment.
PORCELANOSA Grupo, through its showroom Rue du Bac, wanted to participate in a big way by organizing a big party, with design as the main focus, and which was attended by journalists and guests on September 2nd. Among the activities on show were cooking demonstrations by the chef, Laurent Coutantic, which was observed by many whilst sipping on a refreshing cocktail. There were many other surprises for the guests to enjoy as well at the party.
Simultaneously to the event, guests were able to discover PORCELANOSA Grupo’s latest developments in floor tiles and wall tiles, building systems and bathroom equipment and kitchens.
In fact, the new kitchen model by Quique Dacosta from Gamadecor was unveiled. Dacosta is a reputed Spanish chef awarded with three Michelin stars, and furthermore, he has collaborated with PORCELANOSA Grupo in designing a functional kitchen, combining the uniqueness and versatility of the KRION® Solid Surface compact mineral with oak wood.
Another outstanding collection was the selection of the Premium Collection exclusive products, a luxury tailor-made concept for the most demanding of clients and customers.
Maison & Objet: an appointment with global design
Apart from the activities covered in the showroom at Rue du Bac, PORCELANOSA Grupo has been present at the Maison & Objet fair, held from September 2nd to the 6th in the framework of Paris Design Week. The firm’s stand, located in Hall 8, has recorded very successful annual figures regarding participation, positioning itself as a world leader in the sectors of construction, interior design and architecture.
