The 12-floor building with 30 homes blends in with the city’s coastal setting thanks to the installation of the Premium collections from PORCELANOSA Group.
With views over Victoria Beach, this skyscraper boasts a swimming pool, solarium, gym and all the apartments are exterior-facing to make the most of the natural light.
Just a short distance from Victoria Beach (Cadiz) stands the Torres d’Arenas building, its main structure designed to take advantage of the bay’s natural light, forming part of the coastal landscape.
With 12 floors and 30 apartments, this residential block has storage rooms, a swimming pool, solarium and private gyms. In addition, inside the building some of the Premium collections from PORCELANOSA Group have been used to strengthen this inclusive design that connects the urban setting with nature.
The use of the raised outdoor technical flooring by Butech on the terraces balances the overall ensemble and allows for the creation of cleaner and flatter surfaces by hiding the light and water installations.
Another product of this firm is the Shower Deck shower tray, which gives greater continuity to the bathrooms because the piece is incorporated into the floor itself.
This room also boasts the Glove washbasin and the Ecolite bathtub from Noken, whose geometric lines are in perfect harmony with the minimalism that predominates in the bathrooms.
Unlimited spaces with a more natural touch
That feeling of unrestricted space is enhanced by the Linkfloor Roll Contract Cotton vinyl flooring from L’Antic Colonial, the main flooring used in the sports area.
Ceramic collections based on stones such as slate or granite have been used within each of the residences. For instance, the stone collections from Venis are present in kitchens and bathrooms, and the Rox collection in grey and beige from Urbatek. Inspired by the texture and chromatic shifts of slate, this porcelain enhances the width of each home by unifying the indoor and outdoor areas. A result made possible with the installation of the STE system.
A chromatic range similar to that presented by the Boston Bone series from Porcelanosa. A Premium collection in large format (HIGHKER) that reproduces the cracks of centennial stones and enhances the luminosity of spaces with their broken white.
The material used for the placement of this material and the rest of the collections was the Colorstuk Rapid cement joints from Butech, which perfectly combine with all the ceramic collections.
Kitchens full of light
Respecting the diaphanous structure of many of the residences, each of the Blanco Nubol kitchens from Gamadecor are integrated into the living room and offer views of the outside. As the household appliances are framed within the same structure, this space is conceived as another living room and it also lets the natural light of Cadiz flow in.
The sunlight that comes in through the windows emphasise sthe nobility of Kala White (XTONE), which gives shape to the kitchen worktops and edges, alongside the Marmi China tiles from Porcelanosa. This compact sintered mineral imitates the aesthetics of natural marble with its grey veins, its strength and durability, to give each room greater sobriety.
