Designed as a natural haven in the middle of the Mediterranean forest of Sa Pobla (Mallorca), the Crestatx chalet built by the Pollença Properties studio has incorporated the Premium collections of PORCELANOSA Group in each of its two levels.
With white as the predominant colour and minimalist decor that transforms less into more, this exterior-facing property blends into the landscape through spacious and open rooms. This dialogue with the native architecture is observed in the exposed natural stone walls, in the wood of the furniture and in the nature-inspired ceramics, offering an unbroken design throughout the property.
An open pool in the HIGHKER style
This is true of the Bottega Caliza collection from Porcelanosa, which is present in most of the main rooms of the property, as its large format (HIGHKER) enhances the luminosity and spaciousness of each area. The beige tone harmonises perfectly with the light textiles and vivid colours outside, with the blue of the swimming pool and the green of the vegetation serving as the predominant colours.
The Bottega Caliza collection connects the interior with the infinity pool outside, reinforcing the impermeability, durability and safety of its structure thanks to its anti-slip properties. This design creates an opening effect, integrating the swimming pool into nature.
A harmony that is also present in the bathroom with the minimalist Modul bathtub from Krion™. This compact mineral also shapes the bathroom counter and the shower tray. Its antibacterial properties, low maintenance and easy-cleaning make it the ideal material for spaces like bathrooms or kitchens, and it combines in a balanced way with the Karon Circle Grey Stone Classico washbasin from L’Antic Colonial. The most artistic piece in this bathroom.
