The representative of renowned fashion companies, Azrak Group, recently moved their facilities to the Oceanía Business Plaza building- Punta Pacífica in Panama City. The project was headed by Bettis Tarazi Arquitectos studio and conducted by RS Contractors.
The new establishment includes an exclusive showroom area on the ground floor as well as offices for administration purposes, a conference room, canteen and rest area on the first floor.
The showroom floor was divided into different sections, separating the accessories and clothing by brands. Architects created small areas for each brand, just like a mini department or exclusive showroom space with a main aisle.
With regard to the project’s design features, Makassar ebony curved walls, metallised copper panels, stainless steel columns and a conveyor belt give this design a futuristic look. PORCELANOSA Group porcelain coverings and floorings were also used.
Among the materials used as a flooring in the showroom were Ston-ker® Trafic Cemento by Porcelanosa and environmentally-friendly Neo Black through-body porcelain by Urbatek, made with 95% of recycled material. The offices were covered with the elegant and resistant Par-ker® Tablón Antracita porcelain hardwood by Porcelanosa.
