Its design combines Chilean copper with a minimalist structure based on harmonic and geometric shapes that respect the urban planning of the Chilean capital. This was the intention Studio Gaia, New York, which applied a palette of white and orange tones to each of the hotel's 78 rooms, combining comfort and technology with the use of the PORCELANOSA collections.
Bespoke client bathrooms
Designed in detail and equipped with some of the most advanced smart solutions around, this hotel has been awarded the LEED Gold Certificate for sustainability, thanks to the materials which have been used in the rooms and bathrooms. Amongst these, we would like to highlight the marble-inspired porcelain flooring (PORCELANOSA); Krion Shell® shower trays made of KRION® mineral and recycled PET; Urban fittings in a white finish (Finish Studio) and Lounge (Simone Micheli) by Noken; Aro floor-standing washbasins (designed by Estudi{H}ac); Yove 9 screens, whose glossy aluminium finish makes cleaning easier, or the Noken Architect bath.
With a business centre, a gym, a terrace with jacuzzi and three restaurants that fuse Chilean and Asian cuisine, the 45 by Director offers a myriad of bespoke services to the client.
