The eleven-floor building is located in one of the Valencian capital's fastest-growing districts, and comes with 41 premium holiday apartments, all of which offer a fresh new take on the traditional apartment layout, with a warm and welcoming ambience. El diseño de Singularq architecture lab (Juanjo Garrido y Paco Sánchez) se ubica en una de las zonas de mayor expansión de la capital valenciana.
The silhouette of the Core Suites Valencia building expands and contracts in various points, creating a striking play on volumes and thoroughly modern exterior. It features a façade by Butech, clad in Krion® Solid Surface to accentuate the overhanging and recessed volumes, giving it a pure and slender look and simultaneously breaking up the aesthetic.
The moment guests arrive at their accommodation, they're met by a reception desk clad in blue large format porcelain tiles - Altissima Calcita Azul Extra - which ties in with the building's proximity to the sea, and XTONE® Glem White Polished floor tiles.
Warm and welcoming apartments
The bedrooms and bathrooms feature PAR-KER® Ascot Arce ceramic wood floor tiles by Porcelanosa throughout, with the terrace area being paved in the non-slip version; giving the flooring a sense of continuity. Lastly, the bathrooms feature Bottega Caliza cement-look wall tiles by Porcelanosa. The tiles were installed using materials by Butech.
Each holiday apartment comes with a kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The bathrooms, integrated into the bedrooms, boast fixtures and fittings by Noken. The kitchens - the Residence model in Blanco Nubol (Gamadecor) - are open to the living room. Así, los pisos adquieren un interiorismo mediterráneo, planteado por el estudio Susana Lozano, que se refleja en los materiales elegidos.
The building comes with BREEAM Very Good certification (BREEAM: Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology), which guarantees a commitment to energy efficiency.
