It's now a decade since renowned British construction company Clarendon Homes and PORCELANOSA Group first joined forces to create exclusive apartments and homes with quality and durability at the fore. The two companies have collaborated on number of residential concepts since then, and Gables Park stands out in particular. The development is located in Kent in the south-east of the UK, and consists of five luxury properties.
With views over the North Downs, the four-storey homes each have five bedrooms, a games room, home cinema and extensive gardens. The ambitious vision of the developers led Gables Park to win an award at the UK Property Awards, cementing its position as an innovative and prestigious residential development.

Clarendon Homes selected PAR-KER® floor tiles from the firm's broad range of floor and wall tiles. Used as flooring throughout, it has been used to lend the interiors a natural feel, but with the advantages of porcelain stoneware.
The minimalist Marmi China XL marble-inspired collection by PORCELANOSA provides the perfect counterbalance to the warmth of PAR-KER®. This standout pure white tile is set off by the dazzling and utterly captivating Luxury Modul Gold mosaic tiles in the purest gold tone by L'Antic Colonial, used in one of the master bathrooms.
Meanwhile, one of the toilets has been designed in a more contemporary yet timeless style, with the Park Acero collection by PORCELANOSA. The range pulls the floor and wall tiles together with the decor tile, a design that lends stunning relief to the set with its rough, textured lines.
Other highlights include the ultra-modern Concept XPS shower trays, and Pro-part Chrome profiles by Butech which add a further dose of exclusivity.
