Cedro: a new work space concept

Located in the lively area of Madrid, this property has undergone a thorough refurbishment

The emblematic office building, located in Arroyo de la Vega, embodies the new trends in interior design, seeking to make these workplaces a better place to be and work.

Cedro is much more than an innovative office building. Colonial has designed a futuristic complex full of large, open spaces on five floors, with an average floor area 2,310 m2, as well as 381 parking spaces distributed over two levels. Each workspace is articulated in large, open volumes, bathed in natural light and equipped with all the technological resources to make them 100% sustainable.

Gardens, terraces, multiple common areas and services that make up a habitat designed for new corporate cultures and the most up-to-date working methodologies.

With sustainability at the core

This commitment to sustainability is reflected in: high efficiency LED lighting, air conditioning and energy consumption control systems, air filtration, interior soundproofing, healthy spaces free of polluting particles, water saving and green areas outside. The focus is especially on the busiest areas, such as access lobbies and bathrooms, where the team of interior designers from Noviembre Estudio, founded and directed by Susana Sancho and Vicente Porres, has opted for the efficiency and high performance of the materials from PORCELANOSA Group firms.

The open courtyard, bathed in natural light, becomes the most social and informal area of Cedro (paved with stone effect STON-KER® Boston Topo and PAR-KER® Tanzania Natural ceramic wood, both from Porcelanosa).
