The architecture studio Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, internationally renowned for its innovation in architectural designs, includes the solid surface façade as a new solution for enveloping its projects. Thus, its last project of a home in Bétera, Valencia, incorporates a 500 square metre ventilated façade by Butech , made with Krion® Lux 1100 Snow White.
This ellipse shape building has a completely white ventilated façade by Krion®, and its form creates a beautiful and harmonious home. This building stands out for it large and curvy front which covers the main terrace in the house as it projects on a sheet of water which surrounds the building.
The combination of a joint-free surface with the water reflections that surround the terrace and adapted lighting to the Krion® features make this project an ideal place to live and enjoy the little pleasures in life.
This project is currently in its building phase, thanks to the collaboration made with the Engineering department at Butech. Innovating technical solutions have been designed for this building such as a new anchoring system for the ventilated façade or a new type of covering with solid surface slabs by PORCELANOSA Group.
This innovating aesthetic component created by the Fran Silvestre studio just adds to the benefits of the ventilated façade system, and acts excellently against atmospheric agents and saves energy in the thermal conditioning of the building, which is estimated at between 20% and 30% above other conventional finishes.
