Atlantis House. Serenity on the outside, warmth on the inside

The residential complex has a spectacular infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean on a balcony surrounded by nature.

Located in front of the sea, with the sound of the waves as a soundtrack, is Casa Atlantis. An avant-garde style home where you can enjoy excellent views and a privileged natural environment.

Casa Atlantis is a house with a serene and elegant interior design, located on the coast of the Valencian Community. An integral reform carried out by Binomio Arquitectura in which the unification of spaces has been enhanced. It also highlights the use of elements of great formal richness that reinforce the warmth and calmness; and that have been installed with the installation materials of Butech.

The exterior of the residential complex is based on a simple concept, where the white façade is combined with Corten steel cladding. In contrast, the interior is dominated by limestone and natural oak wood which, together with the piedra natural fronts, generate atmospheres of great personality. A design carried out by Tribak Design Studio that follows the parameters of a Mediterranean home. The custom-made furniture and a chromatic palette of natural inspiration complete the proposal to achieve a warm atmosphere.

A three-tiered distribution

The layout of Casa Atlantis has been designed taking into account the characteristics of the plot. A space divided into three levels so that the rooms on all floors have plenty of natural light.

In the entrance and upper part are the night and leisure areas: the bedrooms and the gymnasium. All of them have large terraces that open out to the sea. The day area is located on the lower floor, with a large living-dining-kitchen area linked to a porch. This gives access to a covered outdoor space in which to enjoy the nature that surrounds the house.

The kitchen, distributed as an island, combines the furniture in emotions® wood by Gamadecor, in Copper Oak finish, with Altissima Pangea stone worktop and front by XTONE. A fusion of textures and warm tones that fits perfectly with the limestone flooring by L'Antic Colonial. It is worth noting that this natural material with raw details has been used in the flooring throughout the house; both in the indoor and outdoor areas.

Spaces to relax and escape

The master bathroom at Casa Atlantis is synonymous with elegance. A combination of limestone from L'Antic Colonial on the flooring with the Brushed Gold finish of the fittings Lignage and Urban hangers from Noken. The proposal is completed with the New Lounge Matt White freestanding bathtub that adds personality to the room.

In the second bathroom, the Paradise Arrow White mosaic by L'Antic Colonial has been chosen, both on the walls and in the shower enclosure. An element that features the imperband rehabilitation kit and the ceramic grille by Butech. This wall tiling accompanies the Rondo single lever shower mixer and a minimalist design handle, both from Noken and in a titanium finish. In the washbasin area, the Round single-lever mixer by Noken, finished in black, harmonises with the Karon Circle Habana Dark Classico washbasin by L'Antic Colonial. Casa Atlantis has other service bathrooms which include elements such as the Unique washbasin by Krion, the Round faucet in brushed copper finish by Noken or the Colors Aluminium Chocolate mosaic by L'Antic Colonial.

The infinity pool is located on the lowest level of the residential complex. A surprising element that overlooks the Mediterranean, creating an impressive sensation of continuity with the sea.

In addition to all this, there are outdoor living areas. Surfaces generated by embankments covered with native vegetation and linked by stairs that allow you to walk around the entire plot.

The limestone from L'Antic Colonial, in its anti-slip version, acquires special relevance in these spaces by acting as a homogenising element. A single material that has even been used in the areas surrounding the swimming pool.
