PORCELANOSA Group Projects: aesthetic pleasure in a Slavic housing

In the bathroom, the Par-ker® Oxford Castaño ceramic parquet and the Koan freestanding bathtub by Noken really stand out.

The kitchen has been manufactured in Noa from Starwood in its Minessota Moka range.

The interior designer, Maria Vasilenko, has overseen the refurbishment of this exclusive housing. Located in Russia, the space is made up of an area of 122m2, as well as extensive work in relation to the interior design in each room.

The properties of wood reach ceramic

In the bathroom, the rich presence of wood in the flooring stands out, as well as in the wall tiles on one of the walls which, is not very common in this kind of room.

The material used is Par-Ker®, the ceramic parquet from the PORCELANOSA Group which has the advantages of ceramic and the aesthetic look of natural wood. The choice has been Oxford Castaño this time.

The low-porosity in the material results in it being ideal for such atmospheres, since it offers an anti-slip version which offers better safety.

One of the other outstanding pieces in the bathroom is the Koan freestanding bathtub by Noken. In order to make its quality stand out even more, the choice has been the use of the Seal Silver wall tile by Venis. Its metallic finish offers a winding effect which, reminds us of the bright surface of calm waters.

Aesthetic colour and texture

The living room, the kitchen and the dining room are found in a single space. Clear, open and balanced. This unique atmosphere for meetings and socialising is therefore strengthened.  Wall and floor tiles divide each area visually.

We highlight Noa from Starwood in its Minessota Moka range from the PORCELANOSA Group which, is a part of the luxurious dining room and kitchen areas. This is an exclusive piece which offers the best in wood through some characteristic reliefs in a single pattern.

On the terrace, the ceramic parquet that stands out is Par-Ker, through its Manhattan Cognac model. Its darker tone goes well with the plants in this room, thus creating a tropical atmosphere.

A harmonious home full of colour where the wood finish is the trend that plays the leading role in all the rooms. The combination of tones is complemented with a huge number of different textures. The work is excellent, rich in chromatic scales and ceramic tiles.
