Based on the first caves, the space designed by the student, Victor Ramon Ballesta, for the PORCELANOSA Grupo's central showroom, recovers the purity of the raw materials and the building symmetry. He goes back to the origin of humanity to create a new architectural story.
The design that has been carried out by this student from CICE New Technologies Professional School, simulates a primitive cave of organic shapes in which the virgin materials are extracted. A representation materialised through the collections and series from the eight firms that make up the PORCELANOSA Grupo.
Natural caves with white tones
This duality between the roughness of natural caves and the elegance of pure white has managed to reach the final at the 11th PORCELANOSA Grupo Architecture and Interior Design Awards. The shapes and perspectives that surround the space give amplitude to the general structure of the showroom, as well as creating a clean, monochromatic and neutral space. A perfect balance.
Enveloped with the Butech building systems, this project presents a linear aesthetic that will accompany the visitor throughout their tour. The evolution of the materials and the fine detail that are presented in their decorative profiles have created a showroom full of white lights and open areas. A new cosmic order.
