The store-gourmet service blends into Joselito’s Velazquez haute cuisine, boasting two separate dining rooms which are open continuously, offering tasting services, tastings, custom celebrations, as well as take away and catering.
However, the added value of this gastro boutique is the space located on the ground floor in the store, an old brick coal bunker converted into a private room which awaits the best vintages of Joselito’s hams and a background of over 150 years. This sophisticated atmosphere will be the ideal space for the realization of the most exclusive events such as wine tasting courses, cooking workshops, presentations and tastings of traditional flavours and textures from Joselito’s products.
Inside the contemporary interior vintage bistro-style design of Joselito’s Velázquez store, designed by Touza Arquitectos, the refinement and sophistication of the products and materials used in this groundbreaking project from PORCELANOSA Grupo really do come into play.
Emulating cement surfaces Rhone ceramic tile by Porcelanosa has been used for installation in the flooring, in combination with the Barcelona C model , which is inspired by the traditional hydraulic floor tiles with geometric motifs.
Joselito’s Velázquez bathroom equipment comes from Noken, who brings its elegance and the latest technology in taps and sanitary ware to this gourmet store project in Madrid. Meanwhile, Porcelanosa is again responsible for coating the bathroom floor spaces through its latest models in ceramic tiles.
The innovation in this bistro-restaurant also comes on the heels of the KRION® Solid Surface acrylic stone. Touza Arquitectos has opted for the latest in compact mineral from PORCELANOSA Grupo as a material for the countertops and tasting tables in the restaurant.
