Conceived as a space for relaxation and wellbeing of the body, mind and heart, Liang Xing’s facilities offer the ideal atmosphere for achieving the balance and harmony that its clients are looking for, right in the centre of Zaragoza. To contribute to the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the facility, soft lighting and dark, neutral tones have been chosen for the interior rooms, laid out using symmetry as a central concept, basing the design on the shadows and silence of empty space. The perforated copper facade with a pixelated pattern draws the attention, with a surface which changes depending on the light, and which is charming over time.Magén Arquitectos is behind this successful renovation project, which constitutes the first Liang Xin centre to open its doors outside of Malaysia, the country where the headquarters of this chain, specialised in the application of therapies based on the ancient techniques of traditional Asian medicine, are based. To achieve its elegant, serene essence, in the project various materials from the firms of the PORCELANOSA Group have been used. Thus, the floors of the facility have been covered with the Ston-ker® Tucson Antracita ceramic stone, combined with the pleasant decorative touches of the Baia Stone Blanco natural stone mosaic by L’Antic Colonial. For the walls, clearer tones have been chosen, with the Atenas Marfil and Cerdeña Marfil textured ceramic coverings, both by Porcelanosa. We also find products from the firms of the Group in the bathrooms of the premises, where washbasins from the Lounge collection by Noken and countertop taps from the same series have been installed.
