Once again this year, the firms of PORCELANOSA Group have participated in the 100% Design London show, which on this occasion celebrated its twentieth edition, from the 17th to the 20th of September, with the central theme ‘Design Kaleidoscope’.
For this edition, the trade fair wanted to have a retrospective on the diversity and rich history of this event, which has become the largest and longest running in the United Kingdom over 20 years, during which time it has become a reference for the design of different spaces.
At this fair, the PORCELANOSA Group space presented a display in which visitors could discover some of the most innovative products that the brands of the group have recently presented. An oriental inspired kitchen by Gamadecor, with a Krion® countertop made up the central focus of the stand, with an open layout which led to a living room with Par-ker® Ascot Olivo ceramic parquet by Porcelanosa, the Silver Wood natural stone covering and a modern cone shaped fireplace covered with Mini Iris Grey Pearl mosaic, the two latest products from L’Antic Colonial.
As for the bathroom products, visitors to 100% Design could visit two modern bathroom atmospheres. The first, with an avant-garde atmosphere, was fitted with Mood toilets and taps by Noken, the Ciclo unit by Gamadecor and the Novak bathtub by Systempool; for the floors and walls Park ceramic flooring was used as well as a combination of Park and Park Line ceramic coverings by Porcelanosa. In the other bathroom, a more modern style was sought with Forma toilets and taps by Noken, the Travat bathroom unit by Gamadecor, the Gallery shower column by Systempool with a white crystal finish, and Rihn and Suede floorings and ceramic coverings by Venis.
100% Design 2014 attracted over 28,000 visitors, the majority of them architects and interior designers, visiting the show to see the products of over 450 exhibitors. The participation was a great success which the organisation hopes to exceed in its next edition, which will take place from the 23rd to the 26th of September 2015 in a new location, the emblematic Victorian style Olympia exhibition centre in London.
