Villa Adhara: a house with its own light

The stone and the sun give harmony to each of the rooms of this house.

With a surface area of 350 m² and a terrace of 275 m², the house is divided into two floors. The natural light of the Mediterranean, the light tones and the mix of curved and straight shapes create serene spaces.

The day area is on the ground floor with the garden, swimming pool and outdoor barbecue. Inside there is the kitchen and the dining-living room. There are also two guest toilets by the pool and inside, as well as a guest room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room.

The façade of Villa Adhara features natural stone, natural wood and porcelain XTONE. The mix of different materials on the outside of the building is perfectly integrated, projecting a contemporary image.

The terrace area, characterised by its spaciousness, has two perfectly differentiated areas. On the one hand, there is the swimming pool next to the rest area. On the other, the barbecue area, tiled with the same porcelain tile model as the façade.

Bottega Caliza (Porcelanosa) is the common thread of the house, being the general flooring. Thus, this cement-effect ceramic is applied in indoor and outdoor spaces, in its anti-slip version for the swimming pool. It is also used for the pool basin. With the use of the same model, the rooms have a visual continuity, which makes them look more spacious.

A house with calm and stylish spaces

In the interior design of the rooms of Villa Adhara, cream colours decorate the house. Natural fabrics and wood contribute to the sense of peace that the house evokes.

The single-family residence has three complete bathrooms and two guest toilets. There is a common style for them: the taps in brushed copper finish and the wall hung toilets, all by Noken. The decorative wall tiles for the shower area stand out, such as Marbella Stone or Mosaico Nantes Caliza, both by Porcelanosa. Their use gives an original and stylish touch to the rooms. Some elements provide a unique or contrasting touch in the bathrooms, such as the skylight or the wooden furniture.

In these spaces, Shower deck, by Butech, has been installed. In this flat tray, water drains through the open joints of the shower ceramics. This shower tray system creates a sense of continuity with the rest of the flooring. This is due to the fact that the ceramic of the shower tray is in continuity and at the same level as the flooring of the rest of the bathroom.

The kitchen, by Gamadecor, is very bright, enhanced by the white colour and the light wood in the furniture. The island worktop is covered with Altissima Blue Roma natural stone by XTONE, giving it a sophisticated look.
