The future looks at the present of K-LIFE
If there is a new design that stood out last year, then it was the revolutionary K-Life technology. An acrylic stone of mineral composition which is able to regenerate and purify the air thanks to the principle of photocatalysis which neutralises nitrogen oxide, sulphur dioxide and volatile organic compounds.
This is the reason why at the 25th PORCELANOSA Group International Exhibition, K-life takes centre-stage in the showroom by Systempool, which is full of awards, positive reviews and projects which endorse the functionality and suitability of this state-of-the-art stone for, both sustainability and people’s quality of life.
Additionally, the firm on this occasion presents 16 new tones of the Krion® mineral compact , and furthermore, it launches the Opale series, which has four magnificent colours which make backlighting possible.
Minimal architecture under the shower
It is in this 25th edition of the International Exhibition where Systempool extends its series of shower screens through the Deca collection. We are dealing with a design which stands out because of its 10mm thickness and sturdy aluminium profiles in an emery-polished silver colour. Some features that provide the pieces with an extra bit of assurance and resistance.
For its part, the Tono series is extended by offering a shower column designed by Foster + Partners. An item with rounded lines and square finishes which has the distinction of being extensible. Under the name of Tec, the column recovers the minimal character of the Tono collection to offer an excellent revitalising shower experience.
Designs meet market demands
Another of Systempool’s latest innovations which has been successful, both nationally and internationally, is none other than the Slim bathtub. The demands coming from the USA market have resulted in the firm meeting standards and certifications through a 165cmx75cm Slim bathtub.
The same goes for other current designs, such as: the Ras shower tray, the 80cmx45cm Modul worktop and the Kole series, the latter now with overflows in all its basins.
For its part, in Krion Bath, the Pure series, designed by the Yonoh studio in Valencia, is strongly consolidated through a new model of frameless mirrors in three sizes: Ø82, 145cmx82cm and 55cmx82cm; and the collection is extended by offering the 158cmx49cm Pure worktop and the 60cmx40cm Pure On Top basin with overflow.
These, together with other architecture and interior design products can be seen at the 25th PORCELANOSA Group International Exhibition from January 29 to February 2.
