Haute cuisine and avant-garde interior design are together in a new PORCELANOSA Grupo project, an innovative kitchen design that will be developed in collaboration with Quique Dacosta and will be called “Porcelanosa kitchen by Quique Dacosta”.
The prestigious chef, who has been awarded with three Michelin stars will bring his vision and taste for aesthetics as well as his wisdom and years of experience in the field of haute cuisine, to carry out a new line of exclusive designer kitchens and renovated air that will certainly impress every culinary art lover.
A new design of kitchen furniture is expected at the beginning of next year. In addition, the project by the chef, Quique Dacosta, will go a little further as the chef will become an ambassador for Porcelanosa kitchens around the world. Dacosta will carry the exclusive designs of the firm anywhere in the world, whilst trying to incorporate all the most professional and exquisite interior design ingredients to everyone’s kitchen.
As evidence that they have already laid the foundations to begin to work together on this innovative kitchen design project, the chef Quique Dacosta has been one of the special guests at the lastest opening of the PORCELANOSA Group flagship store in Manhattan.
The chef Quique Dacosta is already a world leader in haute cuisine. He owns Quique Dacosta Restaurante, this restaurant has been awarded three Michelin stars and included in the famous list The World’s 50 best restaurant by The Restaurant Magazine. He is also Doctor Honoris Causa and Fine Arts, and the only chef of all over The Valencian Community who has three top awards from the prestigious Michelin Gastronomy Guide.
Dacosta also owns other restaurants in Valencia, such as El Poblet, Vuelve Carolina, and Mercatbar, a new gastronomic market project. Moreover, he authored several books about the kitchen, including his latest copy 3. Quique Dacosta.
