In recognition of the application regarding PORCELANOSA products, this time the façade system developed by Butech and coated with compact mineral Krion®, the firm awarded the Contract Award to Zhao Guo Xing, head manager of Peddle Thorp Architects in China.
The amazing Krion® solid surface cover of the building ledPorcelanosaGrupo to give an award to this project located in the Chinese city of Shenzhen which will house a large business, residential and commercial area, with a modern design in which quality of life comes first.
To implement this project, the technical team of Butech has worked closely with the Peddle Thorp Architects study team in China.Standing ata height of 160 meters, it is a work of great technical complexity, not only because of its size, but also the use ofspecial Krion® pieces, each 6 metres longwith striking curved silhouettes and twisters that have been transported from Spain ready for installation.
So far, the technical team of Butech has already installed more than 8.000 of the total 28.000 square metres of the façade. This is expected to be finished by the end of this year, changing the skyline of Shenzhen forever.
