New Year's Eve is a transition between time past and time that is to come, combining joy, wishes and dreams fulfilled this year with our hopes and plans for the coming year. A ritual that, in Spain, centres on the clock in Puerta del Sol. During the countdown to the end of the year, as the clock strikes twelve, people all over Spain eat one grape for each stroke.
It is a moment of magic and anticipation, time to raise a glass for the year gone by and for the year to come. And what better than doing it in good company with a Blackberry Gin Fizz, a light fruity cocktail that Tamara Falcó teaches us to prepare in PORCELANOSA's kitchen to start the New Year with renewed energy.
