The coastal town of Oliva (Valencia) is home to a residence, the work of Jesús Jiménez Arquitectos, that features neutral colours to enhance the luminosity of the spaces with careful consideration of the choice of materials for each of the bathrooms.
The kitchen of the Tradicional project (Emotions in the Roble Cobre finish, by Gamadecor) is conceived as one of the main rooms of the house due its use, and as such, it has a great aesthetic value. Cabinets and stools made from wood in the Roble Cobre finish, by Gamadecor, contrast with the colour and cement aesthetic on the countertop of the central island (Bottega Caliza Nature, by XTONE®), which integrates the washing area. The hanging lamps and the Bridge glossy taps (Noken) round off the decoration of the kitchen, which is configured as a space open to the hall and dining room.
The living room, contemporary in style, is characterised by the use of decorative pieces with straight lines, such as the Living furniture and the mustard armchair; with other elements with curved lines, such as the coffee tables (XTONE®), the Seven Roble Cobre chairs, by Gamadecor, and the floor lamp.
The main bathroom, with black and white interior design, has been clad with the Liem Black model, by XTONE®, in the Polished finish. Glem White, by XTONE®, has been chosen for the floor of the bathroom, with built-in Tono taps, the collection designed by Foster+Partner, providing a modern touch. The area occupied by the monumental bathtub (Noken) has been differentiated by tiling the floor with Liem Black Nature, by XTONE®
The choice of materials in the other two bathrooms maintains the level of sophistication and enhances the brightness of the spaces. Carrara Blanco marble, by Porcelanosa, stands out as the wall tiles and floor tiles in one of them, and contrasts with the bathroom furniture (Gamadecor), with wood veneer. Another of the bathrooms has a very natural style, which is reflected in the colour and texture of the materials, such as the Capri wall tiles in the Stone finish (Porcelanosa) and the Core Persian White Classico washbasin, by L’Antic Colonial.
The Butech installation materials recommended for the different ceramic and large-format models were also used, thus ensuring the quality finishes of PORCELANOSA.
