The ceramics multinational will be showcasing its new products and comprehensive services from 27 to 30 May at Madrid's IFEMA conference centre, including highlights such as Global Pack by PORCELANOSA Partners for bathrooms and kitchens, and eco-efficient Porcelanosa Partners Ecologic collections.
More sustainable, self-sufficient homes that promote an improved urban and natural environment. This is the line PORCELANOSA Group will follow at the Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition (SIMA), with a space displaying a kitchen, living room and three bathrooms.
Until 30th May, the firm will be presenting its new collections and comprehensive services in Pavilion 4 of Madrid's IFEMA complex, marketed by PORCELANOSA Partners: the company's major property projects department, offering a 12-advantage programme that 14,910 homes have already benefited from.
Digitalisation and sustainability are the two main drivers behind the PORCELANOSA stand. The latest developments from its eight brands will be on show, as well as its PORCELANOSA Partners programme and extended services. Highlights include Global Pack, a set of customised solutions for kitchens and bathrooms aimed at property developers, and PORCELANOSA Partners Ecologic, an initiative encompassing the PORCELANOSA Group's most environmentally-friendly products (Forest by Venis Projects, Krion Shell® by Krion and the WaterForest range by Noken).
Yet more innovations come from Venis Projects, the PORCELANOSA Group brand specialising in ceramic products for the professional sector. Its collections shape the façades of walls 1 and 4 of the stand, with Matika Bone tiles (inspired by San Vicente stone) and cement look pieces such as Vela Grey. The second bathroom of the show home also features Vela Natural, Limit Vela Natural and Deco Bremen Nut by Venis Projects, and Forest Natural ceramic wood by Venis Projects (eco-friendly flooring).
The kitchen design features the R1.70 Graffiti and Nogal Moon model by Gamadecor with an Altissima worktop (XTONE), and Matika Silver and Block Matika Silver wall and floor tiles combined with Butech's Pro-part Graphite Matt Line profiles.
The PORCELANOSA brand features in the main bathroom, with Durango Bone and Spiga Durango wall tiles and Tanzania Almond floor tiles. This room also incorporates the Monobath system by Butech, Marne washbasin and units and a Slate shower tray from Noken. The overall look is set off by the Krion Yove shower screen, stone look Durango Bone wall tiles by PORCELANOSA, and Noken's Hotels accessories.
The second bathroom features Vela Natural wall tiles with Bremen Nut accent tiles (Venis Projects), reminiscent of wooden slats. The pieces blend beautifully with the Forest Natural ceramic wood from Venis Projects, electric underfloor heating by Butech, Urban C toilet and Square taps in brushed copper (Finish Studio finish) from Noken, and Gamadecor's Space bathroom furniture.
The third bathroom includes Krion® Shell's Flow Rock White shower tray with the Optima screen and Krion® Solid's Smart Roble Taupe cabinet. Noken's Round taps and Acro Compact toilet with matt black finishes (Finish Studio) complete the design, along with the Taj Mahal collection by XTONE (main floor and wall tiles). This sintered mineral compact gives shape to walls 2 and 3 of the façade, with Viola Rossé and Paonazzo Biondo marble inspired collections.
A more natural aesthetic runs through the living room, featuring AC5 Hall Brown laminate flooring combined with Win Graphite wall tiles and the Future Emerald mosaic tiles by L'ac.
