The Arbico Plc building company oversaw the implementation of this architectural and interior design project, a leading company in residential project construction. In collaboration with the associate, Posmoreti, they designed this exclusive house, in which the materials and products from the PORCELANOSA Group are of particular importance.
One of the parts of this project where the quality and innovation from the PORCELANOSA GRUPO stands out enormously is the façade. In this sense, a ventilated façade was installed, done with the building systems from Butech. The material selected for this, thus promoting a very natural finish, was stone, through designs such as the Quebec Classico limestone from L’Antic Colonial, in combination with the KRION® Solid Surface compact mineral and the extra slim XLight porcelain tile from Urbatek, in its XLIGHT BASIC Snow and XLIGHT CONCRETE Dark versions.
Regarding the interior design of this home in Ikoyi, a luxury residential district in Lagos; one must highlight how the spaciousness and its minimalism have been a priority, through sober and diaphanous rooms and high ceilings. The decoration, with a Mid Century Modern subtle touch, fits perfectly in rooms with light, sober and delicate colours, full of natural light. Regarding the flooring, the quality and design from the PORCELANOSA Group are the main attractions again, through series such as Persian White Pulido, a white marble from L’Antic Colonial; the Artisan Linen natural wood, present in the rooms; and the Classic Ebano Luxor parquet, installed in the Masters Suite.
Another of the spaces with materials from the PORCELANOSA Group is the kitchen, with kitchen equipment and furniture from the firm, Gamadecor. The pool, located in the large outdoor area of the house, also has the PORCELANOSA Group hallmark, through the mosaic from L’Antic Colonial which is customised with the family coat of arms.
