Designed around large spaces with a large amount of natural light, this residential project has a modern and personal style, due to its ethnic décor and original sculptures. To enhance the elegance and exclusivity of the spaces, Fg Developpement has opted for materials from the eight companies of PORCELANOSA Group. The solutions used have the seal of quality from the company, providing great versatility in the comprehensive design thanks to its wide range of formats.
The living room: a ‘zoo’ in a minimalist style
In common areas like the living room, the predominance of white and black has been opted for to achieve a modern and minimalist style. The personal touch is provided by the furniture and décor based on dynamic colours and animal shapes. For the floor tiles, the Stuc porcelain tile by Urbatek in a dark tone has been opted for, the quality of the full through-body in a 119cmx119cm Black Polished format. This, like the rest of floor and wall products throughout the home, has all been installed with installation and joint materials from Butech.
A kitchen which looks to the future
The cutting-edge and ethnic sculptures present in the Emotions® kitchen by Gamadecor help to create a unique and futuristic atmosphere. Original décor, which has continuity with the worktop, made with the KRION™ Snow White EAST 1100 mineral compact. Its bacteriological qualities and easy cleaning and maintenance make this solid surface the ideal complement in this type of room.
Technological bathrooms with comfort as a priority

Soft colours and the wood and stone effect through ceramic wall tiles such as the Shine Dark and the Boulevard Beige from Venis; and the Marmi China from Porcelanosa. All of them combined with the metallic touches of the décor profiles from Butech. Collections such as the Assuán Brown from Venis and the Habana Dark Classico natural stone from L’Antic Colonial have been used for the floorings.
The equipment is also a part of the product range from Butech, Noken, Gamadecor and KRION Solid Surface. Taps in a digital version, namely: Irta, Urban and Mood are used; as well as sanitary ware like the NK Concept Intelligent Toilet. Also, the shower trays from Butech and the Seasons showerheads with chromotherapy are included, together with the Ras furniture from KRION and the Ciclo Blanco Emotions® furnishing from Gamadecor.
