Built at the beginning of the 20th century near the Avenida de las Palmera in Seville, this family home keeps the colonial style of its origins. With an abundant presence of palm trees surrounding the main area (the reason for its name), in Huerta de las Palmeras there is a combination of history, architecture and nature.
Memorable spaces
The Tousidonis Anisi design studio has overseen the expansion of this complex without compromising the aesthetic standards on which it was built. The objective was to cause as little impact as possible on the environment and to preserve its essence.
For this purpose, the Anisi team joined some small spaces and added a new pavilion so that a greater space for putting on various events was achieved.
The interior surface counted on an area of 1200 square metres full of Cascais Beige floor tiles by Venis. A floor tile which was included here in the 59.6cmx120cm format.
The extension of the land was carried out through an independent pavilion which was added to the first buildings. Made up of just a single volume, this structure has three glazed sides out of the four, something that makes it possible for the French garden outside to be joined to the inside rooms.
