Property company Attirare opts for a minimalist design based on open-plan rooms, natural textures, and symmetrical structures built with Premium collections by PORCELANOSA.
Located on Paseo de la Castellana, one of Madrid's central axes, this 195 m2 property features an open-plan, minimalist design, blending neutral tones such as white and grey with warmer hues (beige and brown), creating a harmonious contrast with the ceramic collections by PORCELANOSA Group.
This was the concept behind the design from property company Attirare and Summun Studio, and it runs through each room, with Tortona 1L Walnut parquet flooring by L'ac used to unify the aesthetic of the three bedrooms.
By contrast, the interior design of the kitchen defends a more futuristic aesthetic, with rectangular structures and backlit walls that highlight the stunning geometry of the Gamadecor E3.70 Emotions island kitchen model, infinite worktop in Krion® Snow White and integrated furnishings.
The property's bathrooms combine premium washbasins by Gamadecor with Bottega Caliza, Prada Acero, Rivoli and Spiga Bottega stone and concrete effect ceramic tiles, resulting in a standout modern style with added practicality.
These two aspects are embodied by the Neo, Yove and Attica shower screens by Krion, in designs that allow for perfect integration without any sense of separation. These are accented by the Forma bathroom taps, and Tile mirrors with Touchless technology to control the lighting via a side sensor.
